Santa’s Grotto London prepares for its second year at Eddie Catz 

Award winning softplay centre Eddie Catz has teamed up with professional portrait photographers Memory Gate to create one of SW London’s best Santa’s experiences within the Eddie Catz Wimbledon branch.

The grotto has a traditional look and feel and was created to bring back the magic of Christmas and the excitement of meeting Santa Claus. The experience begins as the children and their parents step into Santa’s Workshop and meet his the Elves. There the children prepare to meet Santa and with the help of the Elves write him a letter and make some magical Reindeer food that they bag and bring with them.

Then it is time to meet he man himself. Santa meets each family individually and takes time to have chat with each child, give them a gift of a plush toy and then pose for a professional photograph which is theirs to take home. Photographs are also available digitally.

Visits cost between £15 per Child on weekdays and £20 on weekends includes the 15 minute Santa experience, a professional photo, reindeer food and a letter to Santa and also a 2 hour play at Eddie Catz.

The grotto was launched last year and welcomed over 800 children in its first year. This year over 1,000 visitors are expected. Not only will there be a special Members Only day for Eddie Catz Annual Membership holders, but on December 5^th and 6^th there will be 2 days of a Polish speaking Santa and his Elves. There is also a Baby’s First Christmas package designed for under 1’s.

The grotto runs from December 12^th to 23^rd inclusive. Tickets are available for purchase online only – www.santasgrotto.london
